If you have received a wrong order or incorrect sizing done by us, please contact us immediately within 7 business days at info@silversunnail.com

Incorrect sizing done by us:

  • Process replacement nail(s) within 24 hours during normal business hours and ship out next business day with USPS Priority Mail.
  • Issue a store credit if customer requests within 7 business days.

Wrong order sent by us:

  • Process the correct order within 24 hours during normal business hours and ship out next business day with USPS Priority Mail.
  • Issue a refund/store credit if customer requests within 7 business days.

What we will need & require for all issues:
-Email us photos & a brief description of the issue.
-Customer's email must match the email they initially used upon purchasing.
**We will not be able to provide a solution without the correct email.
